This is good for those who live at sea level and wish to adapt to the high altitude prior to official start of the tour.)

INCLUDES: All accommodations (3 to 4 star hotels) with breakfast. Entrance fees to archeological sites, museums, all ground & air transportation once you arrive in Lima, (domestic flights Lima-Cusco and Juliaca-Lima), private bus throughout the tour, tourist train to and from Machu Picchu, Flight over Nazca lines, salary of the tour guides, and Peruvian taxes. (All plans subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling).

Not Included: International airline ticket/airfare to Lima, Peru. Lunch and dinners, and all drinks and meals not mentioned above, all tips, costs not stated as included, Travel insurance, is not included and is the responsibility of the participant to obtain; Airport departure taxes in Peru: for domestic flights approx $6 USD and for international flights approx $40 USD.

Cancellations received in writing 60 days or less before tour commences will be charged a fee of 30% of total tour package fare. Cancellations received in writing 45 or less days before tour commences will be charged a fee of 40% of total tour package fare. Cancellations received in writing 25 or less days before tour commences will be charged a fee of 50% of total tour package fare. No refund will be given once tour dates begin. Elders Without Borders reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure (with full refund), to accomodate route changes, delays or postponements which may become necessary due to inclement weather, political restrictions or any other cause.


Waiver: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Susan Hagar, Willaru Huayta and Elders Without Borders from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (weather, earthquakes, etc...), and any other unforeseen events or physical illnesses occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Susan Hagar and Willaru Huayta reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behaviour is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I/we understand that I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.
