"The first thing that I noticed was the high vibration, and the light uplifting feel of the energy. The energies immediate affect at the physical level on my body was not really apparent to me at that point because it seemed to almost be on another level, of such a fine vibration that it was simply not noticeable within the relative coarseness of the physical energy of my body. Its affect on the finer energy levels of my body was however apparent, as it supported and smoothed my emotion energy and elevated and energized my mental energy. My consciousness was lifted into a heightened state and was distinctly supported by the Rising Star energy. There was nothing sleepy or dream like about this state of consciousness, I was very comfortable and supported by the energy while simultaneously had a heightened awareness of both it and my own energy. This was accompanied by a very definite sense of increased potential, of fluidity of consciousness and of the removal of some of the barriers that usually exist at more normal levels of consciousness.

While enfolded in this highly supportive cocoon of energy it was very easy to be aware of the energetic changes that were occurring as the Rising Star energy interacted with my personal energy. It made significant changes at a lot of levels in a very gentle way. Often with energy work, if there is a strong emotional component to energy that is being released, then when it is released the emotional energy tends to overwhelm you and you are taken along on an uncontrolled emotional ride. The Rising Star energy seems to raise your consciousness above this level and provide so much support that when this happens you have the choice of observing it happening, instead of being taken for a ride. It becomes possible to simply let the surge of emotion wash over you without getting lost in the flow, you are supported in the Rising Star energy and although you are still affected by the emotional energy, you have a chance to observe this instead of being lost in it.

Rising Star energy seems to be very efficient at removing energy blocks, this does not happen immediately, but if the client is not holding on tight to the blockage, then the Rising Star energy will slowly soften it until it just releases. On top of this, a Rising Star session seems to leave a charge of Rising Star energy in your energy field that remains after the session. I have seen this before with energies such as Reiki where the charge lasts for a few days, but in the case of Rising Star Healing the charge seems to last for about 2 weeks. This provides a huge amount of support for continued healing and shifting of energy, making a single Rising Star session extremely effective and beneficial. Although I made a comment about not noticing the energy at a physical level during the session, that does not mean that it does not affect the physical level, it does, and seemingly quite quickly. Often immediately or perhaps the next day, painful physical sensations will have been eased.

When running the energy for other people I find that I just merge with the energy and almost immediately move into a very similar state of consciousness as the one I described above. The energy seems to heighten my visual perception of energy and also my intuition, but that is simply a side effect of the level of consciousness that the energy takes me to. It is also worth noting that this level of consciousness is beyond the level where time has any real meaning and into a sate where it is difficult to tell if you are looking into the energy of this life or another one. Not that this matters, its all just energy and you just work with it in the moment, with your focus wholly on what you are currently experiencing, allowing simultaneous experience of energetic connections, and a form of consciousness that would be best described as discernment to move this view and shift what you experience in that moment.

Rising Star energy is also very good for a lot of things outside of the standard healing arena, such as clearing and charging crystals, clearing the energy in objects and rooms, raising your consciousness either to help in other activities or just to allow you to stay neutral when in a “charged atmosphere”."  ~ W.A.
